Common things we can help with
- Account & sign-in. Trouble logging in, verifying your email, or resetting your password.
- Subscriptions & billing. Questions about Pair Plus or Pair Concierge. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the app under your profile → Subscription.
- Privacy & your data. What we collect and why — see our Privacy Policy.
- Deleting your account. You can permanently delete your account and all your data anytime in the app: profile → Settings → Delete account. Prefer we do it? Email us from your account address and we’ll take care of it.
- Safety & reporting. If someone makes you uncomfortable, you can report or block them in the app. Reports go to our safety team and are reviewed. For anything urgent, email hello@datewise.io with “SAFETY” in the subject.
Safety first
Pair has zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, or objectionable content. If you’re ever in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. For crisis support in the U.S., you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
